REFUND POLICY / POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO

At Nexora Market, all purchases are subject to our refund, warranty and replacement rules. By purchasing from us, you automatically agree to this Refund Policy.
NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, accounts and instant delivery services, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been placed, delivered or processed.
Failure to follow any rule listed in our Terms of Service may result in NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT and NO REPLACEMENT.
PAYMENT MISTAKES
• You MUST send the exact amount required.
• Wrong amount = NO PRODUCT / NO REFUND.
• You MUST include the exact note required by the website.
• Missing or incorrect note = NO REFUND / NO PRODUCT.
• Any payment sent by mistake or before contacting us will be treated as a DONATION.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS
• PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is NOT ACCEPTED.
• G&S payment = NO PRODUCT / NO REFUND / NO REPLACEMENT.
• PayPal payments must be Friends & Family (F&F) ONLY.
• NO NOTES unless clearly instructed.
• Balance money only for ticket orders.
WARRANTY PERIOD
• Standard products come with a 30-day warranty for product replacements.
• Products categorized as FA come with a limited 15-day warranty.
• Warranty is valid ONLY if you have NOT changed email, password or any account data.
• Changing email, password or account data instantly voids the warranty.
• After the applicable warranty period, NO WARRANTY or REPLACEMENT is provided.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are NOT guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
To request a replacement, you MUST provide:
• Invoice ID.
• Clear proof, such as video or screenshot.
• Proof submitted within the applicable warranty period.
Failure to provide valid proof = NO REPLACEMENT.
Fake proof, edited proof, false claims or replacement abuse will result in permanent blacklist.
COUNTRY OR COMPATIBILITY ISSUES
If a product or account does not work in your country, region, device or platform, it is NOT our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchasing.
NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided if:
• You changed the email, password or account data.
• You provided fake, edited or unclear proof.
• You purchased the wrong product.
• You sent the wrong payment amount.
• You used PayPal Goods & Services.
• You failed to follow the payment instructions.
• The warranty period has expired.
• The product does not work in your country or region.
• You attempted to abuse the replacement system.
BLACKLIST POLICY
If banned or blacklisted: NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT, NO FUTURE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements and future support to users who violate our rules, abuse our services or attempt to harm Nexora Market.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
